By entering/attending Castle Boo, I voluntarily accept and agree to assume all such risks, dangers and hazards, and agree to release and hold harmless Castle Boo, Scared Inc., it's property owners, and its officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, and agents from any and all responsibility and/or liability for injury, harm, damage, death, cost or expense arising directly or indirectly from attending / vending at Castle Boo, including but not limited to, any and all claims which allege negligent acts and/or omissions while in, at, or about Castle Boo. I also understand the management at Castle Boo retains the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime for any reason. Our goal is for everyone to get along so we can all be happy. Please respect all other venders, management, and customers at all times. Do not do anything illegal or immoral while at or about our property. Intoxication of any kind is never allowed on our property, nor are drugs or alcohol.
